Equity

In suitably qualified opportunities, we may consider investing as an equity partner in your business to share in the risks and rewards of your growing enterprise. We usually invest between £100,000 and £500,000. Where we become your equity partner, we own a part of the business with you and have a built-in interest in its success. As an institutional investor we leave YOU to run the business but we will also support you, including the appointment of an experienced non-executive director to your board. An equity investment can help provide the funding to grow and the time to do it since it does not involve repayments but rather relies on an exit strategy, typically within five to seven years.
